Privacy Policy

VillaBrix provides browser-based tools for creating, editing, rendering and storing early-stage villa concepts. This policy explains what information we collect, why we use it and the choices available to you.

Information we collect

• Account information, such as your email address and authentication details.
• Projects and content you choose to create, upload, save or generate, including plans, images, prompts and project settings.
• Service and usage information needed to operate the product, enforce plan limits, diagnose errors and protect accounts.
• Subscription status and transaction references. Payment-card information is handled by our payment provider and is not stored by VillaBrix.
• Campaign and website events, such as page visits, advertisement interactions and completed registrations, when measurement technologies such as Meta Pixel are active.

How we use information

We use information to create and secure accounts; provide project storage, AI-assisted generation and editing tools; process subscriptions; provide support; measure service and campaign performance; prevent misuse; and comply with applicable legal obligations.

App usage diagnostics and feedback

For signed-in app sessions, we record tool and control choices, approximate active time, tab visibility, request durations and error codes. These records are linked to your account and session and are accessible only through our restricted owner dashboard. They help us locate friction and improve reliability. This diagnostics feature does not record your screen, mouse coordinates, drawings, uploaded files, project names, prompts or automatically capture typed input.

You can disable these diagnostics in the app through Report a problem > Usage tracking & privacy > Share usage diagnostics. Global Privacy Control and Do Not Track also disable these additional diagnostics. Essential service records and separately described website measurement are distinct. Optional feedback text is collected only when you explicitly submit it. Feedback is not anonymous to VillaBrix, although the dashboard displays pseudonymous user labels.

AI processing

When you request an AI-assisted plan, trace, correction or render, the content required to complete that request may be sent to an AI service provider. We send only what is needed for the requested feature. VillaBrix is intended for early concepts and does not replace professional construction documentation or approval.

Service providers

We use service providers to operate VillaBrix, including Supabase for authentication and database services, Vercel for hosting, AI providers for requested generation features, Polar for subscription checkout and billing, and Meta for advertising measurement. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy commitments.

Sharing and sale of information

We do not sell your personal information. We share information only with service providers needed to operate VillaBrix, when you direct us to do so, to protect the service and its users, or when required by law.

Retention and security

We retain account and project information while your account is active and as reasonably needed to provide the service, resolve disputes, prevent abuse and meet legal obligations. We use access controls, encrypted connections and database policies designed to keep one user's projects separate from another's. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Your choices and rights

You may request access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, subject to legal and security requirements. You may also use browser controls to limit cookies or similar measurement technologies, although parts of the service may work differently.

Children

VillaBrix is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

International processing

VillaBrix and its service providers may process information in countries other than your own. Where required, we use appropriate measures for these transfers.

Changes

We may update this policy as the service changes. We will publish the updated version here and revise the effective date.

Contact and deletion requests

For privacy questions or requests to delete your VillaBrix account and associated information, email support@villabrix.com. We may need to verify that you control the account before completing a request.
